We are looking for a passionate, professional, and experienced Executive Chef to join our team.
Requirements:
· Proven experience as an Executive Chef or Senior Chef
· Strong leadership and kitchen management skills
· Excellent knowledge of food preparation and presentation
· Ability to manage stock, food cost, and kitchen staff
· Experience with menu planning and quality control
· Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
· Reliable, punctual, and professional
Responsibilities:
· Oversee daily kitchen operations
· Manage and train kitchen staff
· Ensure high food quality and hygiene standards
· Create and update menus
· Control stock and kitchen expenses
· Maintain health and safety regulations
