The Feedem Group is looking for an Executive Butler to be responsible for providing discreet, professional, and seamless hospitality and support services to the Executive Committee (EXCO) and visiting VIP guests. The role ensures boardrooms, executive offices, meetings, and events are prepared and serviced to the highest standards, maintaining exceptional levels of presentation, confidentiality, and client service.
Established in 1975, Feedem is a large contract catering company in South Africa which manages in excess of 300 sites and employs more than 5 000 people ranging from dieticians, chefs and human capital specialists to hygiene experts.

Minimum Requirements
Skills and Competencies
- Endurance to walk and stand for long hours.
- Previous experience in executive hospitality, butler service, luxury hotels, or corporate environments.
- Must be flexible to work on weekends and public holidays
- Ability to remain calm and professional with difficult customers.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Coordination to carry plates or trays without dropping anything.
- Trustworthy and Reliable
- Have good personal hygiene
Qualifications
- Grade 12
- 1 – 2 year experience in a similar role.
- Culinary qualification would be advantageous
Duties and Responsibilities
- Prepare and service all EXCO meetings, board meetings, and executive functions.
- Provide food, beverage, and hospitality services to executives and VIP guests.
- Set up and maintain boardrooms and executive areas to a five-star standard.
- Coordinate refreshments, working lunches, and special event requirements.
- Ensure executive offices, meeting spaces, and hospitality equipment are always presentation-ready.
- Manage stock levels of executive hospitality supplies and coordinate replenishment.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism when interacting with executives and stakeholders.
- Anticipate executive requirements and proactively deliver exceptional service.
