Our next chapter sees Sehudi reimagined as an ultra-exclusive, boutique glamping destination. Merging the raw, untouched beauty of the Botswana landscape with a sophisticated "rugged luxury" aesthetic—inspired by world-class global design notes from Mykonos, Marrakech, and Soho House.

Role Description

We are seeking a sharp, proactive Executive Assistant to support the CEO during a high-stakes transition and development phase. You will manage the CEO’s professional and personal ecosystem, ensuring they stay focused on high-level strategy and investor relations while you handle the operational and administrative heavy lifting. You will be responsible for helping making Founder successful.

  • Type: Full-Time (3-6months), with permanent position possible for top-performer
  • Location: Gaborone, Botswana (Hybrid, but mostly remote)

Key Responsibilities

  • Calendar & Inbox Management: Ruthlessly guard the CEO’s time, filtering inbound vendor pitches, scheduling meetings, and managing communications.
  • Financial Administration: Organize financial paperwork, compile invoices for the bookkeeper, and maintain flawless compliance records.
  • Personal Admin & Lifestyle Support: Handle personal logistics, travel arrangements, and day-to-day lifestyle management to maximize the CEO’s efficiency.
  • Stakeholder Liaison: Act as a professional, high-caliber first point of contact for investors, and international partners.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 3+ years supporting C-level executives or business owners, preferably in a fast-paced or entrepreneurial environment.
  • Impeccable organizational skills and deep familiarity with digital tools (Google Workspace, basic project management tools).
  • Absolute discretion, high emotional intelligence, and professional communication skills.
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Go-Getter Attitude and willing to work under pressure with a fast-paced founder.

Pay: From R7 000,00 per month
