Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Executive Assistant to Chief Executive Officer role located in Cairo, Egypt. The Executive Assistant will provide high-level executive administrative support to the CEO, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, organizing travel arrangements, and preparing expense reports. Responsibilities include coordinating daily agendas, prioritizing communications, drafting and reviewing correspondence and presentations, and ensuring the CEO is well-prepared for internal and external engagements. The role involves managing confidential information, maintaining organized filing systems (digital and physical), and supporting the coordination of executive meetings, board materials, and follow-up actions. The Executive Assistant will also liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders, assist with special projects, and proactively address issues to ensure the CEO’s time is used effectively.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in Executive Administrative Assistance and Executive Support, preferably supporting C-level leadership.
- Proficiency in diary management, including complex calendar coordination, meeting scheduling, and prioritization of competing demands.
- Ability to prepare, track, and reconcile expense reports and handle related documentation with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong Administrative Assistance skills, including document preparation, record keeping, travel coordination, and office organization.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages (such as Arabic) is an advantage.
- High level of discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive and confidential information.
- Advanced skills in productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office or Google Workspace) and comfort with digital collaboration platforms.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management abilities, with the capacity to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Prior experience in a diversified, multinational, or holding company environment is considered a plus.
