Role Description
We are currently seeking a full-time on-site Executive Assistant to join our team in Nigeria. The Executive Assistant will manage administrative tasks, provide executive support to senior leadership, prepare accurate expense reports, and improve office operations. This role also involves maintaining efficient communication streams and organizing schedules to ensure smooth daily workflows.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Executive Administrative Assistance and Executive Support to senior staff
- Proficiency in preparing and reviewing detailed Expense Reports
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills for effective coordination
- Proven abilities in Administrative Assistance, including calendar management and task prioritization
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
- High proficiency in office software including word processors, spreadsheets, and presentation tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience in working within community-focused or social impact organizations is an advantage
