Duties & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate events and meetings, ensuring timely setup and breakdown.
  • Liaise with catering and service providers.
  • Maintain accurate records and assist with reporting.
  • Manage stock and support financial processes.

Qualifications

  • Grade 12 (mandatory).
  • Diploma in Events Management or Hospitality (or studying toward).
  • 1–3 years’ experience in event coordination.
  • Strong admin and financial skills; MS Office proficiency.
