We are looking for a creative and execution-focused Events & Activations Specialist to support the business's reputation and brand presence across multiple portfolios through impactful events and high-energy activations. This role will play a key part in delivering engaging brand experiences, strengthening corporate image, and driving audience engagement through innovative on-ground executions.

The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, brand teams, agencies, and external partners to execute memorable campaigns and "talk-of-the-town" activations that elevate brand equity and consumer connection.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute brand events, activations, sponsorships, and experiential marketing initiatives across brands.
  • Support the delivery of strategic activations that enhance brand visibility, engagement, and corporate reputation.
  • Collaborate with brand leads, agencies, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth and high-quality event execution.
  • Contribute to creative concepts and experiential ideas that create impactful consumer experiences and media buzz.
  • Manage event logistics, timelines, budgets, supplier coordination, and operational execution.
  • Ensure brand consistency and compelling storytelling across all activations and event touchpoints.
  • Coordinate with PR and communications teams to maximize event exposure and audience engagement.
  • Monitor activation performance and gather post-event insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Maintain strong relationships with agencies, suppliers, venues, and event partners.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, experiential marketing innovations, and audience engagement opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Event Management, Business, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in events, activations, experiential marketing, or brand engagement roles.
  • Proven experience supporting and executing events, activations, and on-ground campaigns.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination abilities.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to contribute innovative activation concepts and ideas.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong problem-solving and execution capabilities under tight timelines.
  • Experience working with agencies, vendors, and external partners is preferred.
  • Flexible and adaptable, with willingness to support events outside standard working hours when required
