We work with event organizers, venues, and corporate partners who require reliable individuals to assist with guest management and front-of-house support during events. Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and guide guests upon arrival at event venues.
- Assist with ticket verification, guest lists, and seating direction.
- Provide clear directions to event facilities such as restrooms, seating areas, and exits.
- Maintain a professional and courteous approach when interacting with guests.
- Support event staff with crowd management and guest flow where required.
- Assist with basic event logistics and coordination under the direction of the event team.
- Ensure venue rules and safety procedures are followed.
- Report any guest concerns or incidents to event supervisors.
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 / Matric certificate preferred.
- Previous experience in events, hospitality, customer service, or promotions is advantageous.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and friendly demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods during events.
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays depending on event schedules.
- Valid South African ID or legal authorization to work in South Africa.
