In office position; located in Metuchen NJ
Established exterior remodeling company is seeking a detail-oriented Estimator / Production Coordinator to join our growing team.
This position plays a critical role in moving sold projects into production and helping ensure jobs are completed accurately, efficiently, and profitably.
Responsibilities include:
- Material takeoffs and job costing
- Ordering materials and coordinating deliveries
- Preparing job packets for installation crews
- Assisting with scheduling and production coordination
- Maintaining accurate project information and documentation
- Helping projects stay on schedule and within budget
Qualifications:
- Construction estimating, purchasing, or production coordination experience is a plus
- Knowledge of roofing, siding, windows, doors, and exterior remodeling products is a plus
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail
- Comfortable using computers, excel, word and other software systems
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
