· Pricing of tenders when required for the BWC.
· Securing of new contracts for BWC. This will include estimating and the pricing/programming of such work.
· Estimating and developing systems for estimating.
· Development and updating of Candy templates.
· Foster relationships and negotiate prices with suppliers.
· Generally, to develop within the BWC, the ability to price contracts efficiently and accurately and the ability to report with certainty on monthly contract financial progress.
· Interact with your existing contacts within the industry to secure contracts for BWC.
· Developing relationships that ensure a long-term flow of work to BWC.
· Report on a regular basis to the Director and CEO
· Management and Mentoring of Staff under your control.
· Introducing new contacts where possible to the BWC and Maintaining relationships with Clients; Suppliers, Engineers, Sub-Contractors.
· Leading tender submissions.
· Analyse tender documentation to ensure a thorough understanding of tender requirements and conditions.
· Ensure that all tender returnables are correctly completed and included in the tender submissions.
· Develop CCS software templates and master files for pricing contracts.
· Develop client contacts and relationships.
· Assist site contract managers in the pricing of site variations.
Pay: R35 000,00 – R40 000,00 per month
