We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Road Estimator to join our civil engineering team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate, technically compliant, and commercially competitive tenders for road construction and civil infrastructure projects.
The ideal candidate must have strong experience in roadworks, earthworks, asphalt paving, layer works, stormwater systems, and related civil construction activities. The role requires the ability to analyse tender documentation, conduct quantity take-offs, assess construction methodologies, and compile detailed project pricing aligned with company profitability objectives.
The Road Estimator will work closely with project managers, engineers, suppliers, subcontractors, and operational teams to obtain accurate technical and commercial inputs throughout the tendering process. The successful incumbent must be capable of identifying project risks and opportunities while ensuring compliance with client specifications and tender requirements.
