We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager with strong Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) expertise to lead enterprise-wide ERP transformation, implementation, enhancement, integration, and modernization programmes.
This opportunity is ideal for professionals who have successfully delivered large-scale Oracle ERP initiatives, managed cross-functional delivery teams, and worked closely with business and technology stakeholders to drive successful programme outcomes.
This is a contract engagement with an immediate hiring timeline and full onsite presence in New Cairo, Egypt.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of Oracle EBS programmes across multiple business functions
- Manage programme planning, execution, governance, and stakeholder engagement activities
- Coordinate functional, technical, infrastructure, and business teams throughout the project lifecycle
- Drive Oracle EBS implementation, enhancement, upgrade, migration, and integration initiatives
- Manage programme schedules, milestones, budgets, risks, issues, and dependencies
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and align technology solutions with business objectives
- Oversee vendor management and third-party delivery coordination
- Ensure successful testing, deployment, and transition activities
- Establish programme governance frameworks and reporting structures
- Facilitate executive-level communication and programme status reporting
- Support ERP modernization and digital transformation initiatives
- Ensure adherence to enterprise architecture, security, and compliance standards
Required Experience
- Proven experience as a Technical Program Manager, Program Manager, ERP Program Manager, Project Manager, or Delivery Manager
- Minimum 8+ years of experience managing enterprise technology or ERP transformation programmes
- Strong experience with Oracle E-Business Suite (Oracle EBS)
- Experience delivering large-scale Oracle ERP implementation, upgrade, migration, or transformation projects
- Strong understanding of Oracle EBS architecture and enterprise business processes
- Experience managing cross-functional functional and technical teams
- Strong stakeholder management, programme governance, and delivery management experience
- Experience managing programme risks, dependencies, budgets, and resource planning
- Strong communication and executive reporting skills
- Experience working in complex enterprise environments
Preferred Experience
- Experience across Oracle Financials, Procurement, Supply Chain, HRMS, Manufacturing, or Projects modules
- Experience with Oracle Cloud migration programmes
- ERP modernization and digital transformation experience
- PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum, SAFe, or equivalent certifications
- Experience working with large consulting firms or enterprise transformation programmes
- Banking, telecommunications, government, utilities, or large enterprise industry experience
- Arabic language skills are advantageous
