Role Description
We are seeking an ERP Business Solutions Manager to join our team in a full-time, on-site role. The candidate will be responsible for leading the company's ERP strategy, driving continuous business process improvement, and maximizing the value of the Odoo ERP platform across all departments. The role requires strong expertise in business analysis, ERP project management, process optimization, and cross-functional collaboration to support the company's digital transformation initiatives.
Role Responsibilities
– Own and manage the company's ERP roadmap to support business objectives.
– Meet regularly with department managers to identify process improvement opportunities.
– Analyze business workflows and recommend process optimization initiatives.
– Promote the use of standard Odoo functionalities before proposing custom developments.
– Gather, analyze, and prioritize business enhancement requests.
– Prepare Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs) based on business needs.
– Assess the business impact and feasibility of proposed system enhancements.
– Manage ERP implementation and enhancement projects from planning to delivery.
– Coordinate with internal stakeholders, developers, and external software vendors.
– Monitor project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure successful execution.
– Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validate new system developments.
– Approve releases and ensure solution quality before deployment.
– Prepare and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), process maps, user manuals, and change logs.
– Drive continuous process automation and digital transformation initiatives across the organization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in ERP Business Analysis, ERP Project Management, Business Process Improvement, or a similar role.
- Strong hands-on experience with Odoo ERP or other enterprise ERP systems.
- Proven experience in business process analysis, requirements gathering, and Functional Requirement Document (FRD) preparation.
- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), system implementation, and change management.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication, presentation, and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
