Job Overview
Customizable.com is a fast-growing packaging company based in Paso Robles, CA. We specialize in custom labels and printed packaging for innovative brands across the country.
We’re looking for a mechanically inclined, hands-on team member to join our production team as a Machine Operator. This is an entry-level, part-time position with real potential to grow into a full-time role. If you’re the kind of person who enjoys working with your hands, solving problems, and learning new machines, we want to meet you.
Responsibilities
- Operate and assist with small production equipment such as rewinders and inkjet presses (no prior experience required – we train you)
- Perform quality control checks on labels and packaging
- Pack mixed products for shipment with attention to accuracy and detail
- Keep your workspace organized and clean
- Support the team with general production and facility tasks
- Follow safety protocols and instructions from leadership
Qualifications
- Mechanical mindset — enjoys tinkering, building, or fixing things
- Fluent in English (reading, writing, and speaking)
- Proficient in basic arithmetic and measurement
- Able to lift up to 30 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
- Reliable, punctual, and ready to work as part of a team
- No technical experience needed, but a strong desire to learn is a must
