Epoxy and Cabinet Installation Crew Member Jobs in Rocky Point, NC at Garage Experts of ENC
GarageExperts of ENC is hiring an Epoxy and Cabinet Installation Crew Member which will be accountable for providing excellent installation of our products in a professional and timely manner. The successful candidate must have a great attitude, passion/ability for doing great work and be able to work efficiently with the Installation Crew Leaders.
On the job training will be provided to the right candidate and epoxy or painting experience is a plus, but not required. Candidate must have a valid drivers license. Starting pay will be $18.00 per hour for 90 days during training, then performance will be reviewed for increase in pay.
Work hours will vary by job, but a typical day would start at 8:00 am and end at 4:00 pm Monday – Friday.

Basic Qualifications:
- Must be reliable.
- Must have an eye for detail.
- Must be a team player. Should be respectful and courteous when working with customers and coworkers.
- Should maintain a neat personal appearance.
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds. Work requires standing, stooping, twisting, grabbing, reaching (shoulder and above), kneeling and bending regularly. Some tasks may require the use of a ladder.
- Able to operate floor and hand grinders
- Able to assemble cabinets
- Able to install cabinets
- Able to apply floor coatings
- Able to complete installations within required time frame. Must be able to work quickly while maintaining a clean, organized working area.
- Must be able to take direction well and learn from training / coaching.
- Must be capable of learning to properly mix the materials without spilling or staining surrounding areas.
- Must be albe to work with power tools and operate them safely.
- Must be capable of learning to properly maintain and clean up a jobsite and how to dispose of unused materials correctly.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
Preferred:
- Experience with epoxy or painting, but not required.
- Experience assembling and installing cabinets, but not required.

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
