Minimum Requirements
• Ensures regulatory watch and assesses regulatory compliance in terms of HSE.
• Ensures compliance with applicable HSE regulation, other external and internal requirements and with ALV Corporate standards & Autoliv EMEA Standards.
• Execute the implementation and maintenance of the Autoliv EMEA HSE management system in accordance with the ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards, to ensure site’s certifications.
• Train employees at all levels on HSE, sustainability issues and responsibilities.
• Coordinates the emergency response in case of accident, fire, pollution, natural disaster.
• Conducts the necessary audits and inspections to ensure compliance with commitments in terms of sustainable development.
• Implement Autoliv EMEA standards and implement programs that foster continuous improvement and compliance with the HSE.
• Schedules and conducts, Internal site HSE Audits and External HSE Compliance Audits and provides recommendations where needed. Develop critical risk mitigation plans and actions.
• Provide advice and technical expertise to site management.
• Assist site management in all regulatory interfacing.
• Provides assistance to site management in collection of environmental HSE data and the tracking of objectives.
• Review and report site HSE performance regularly.
