Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Casablanca for an Environmental Health Safety Specialist. The specialist will be responsible for implementing and monitoring health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures. They will conduct workplace inspections, ensure compliance with safety regulations, provide safety training to employees, and address occupational health issues. The role includes analyzing risks, providing recommendations for improvements, and fostering a safe and healthy work environment.
Qualifications
- Knowledge and experience in Environment Health and Safety (EHS) practices and policies
- Proficiency in Health & Safety and Occupational Health principles
- Expertise in Workplace Safety and conducting Safety Training sessions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills related to risk assessment and mitigation
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with teams and external regulatory bodies
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health, Safety Management, or related field preferred
- Compliance certifications in health, safety, or environmental management are advantageous
