Role Description
This is a full-time, entry-level on-site position based in Cairo for a Real Estate Fresh Sales professional. The responsibilities include identifying and connecting with potential clients, understanding their needs, providing customized property recommendations, and assisting clients in the purchasing process. The role also involves building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure high customer satisfaction and contribute to the company's reputation for excellence.
Qualifications
- Possess or be willing to obtain a Real Estate License.
- Strong skills in Sales and a broad understanding of Real Estate and Real Property.
- Excellent Customer Service skills and the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced team environment.
- Basic understanding of the local real estate market; familiarity with properties in Egypt and the Middle East is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is an advantage but not mandatory.
