In this Entry Level AT&T Representative role, you will represent a nationally recognized telecommunications brand, working directly with customers to deliver tailored solutions while developing essential business and management skills. We provide comprehensive, hands-on training to ensure your success, regardless of prior experience.
As an Entry Level AT&T Representative, you will engage directly with customers in a face-to-face setting, providing information on wireless, internet, and bundled service options. You will focus on delivering a high-quality customer experience while meeting individual and team performance goals.
Entry Level AT&T Representative Responsibilities
- Represent AT&T products and services with professionalism and integrity
- Interact with customers in person to assess needs and recommend solutions
- Present and explain wireless, internet, and bundled service offerings
- Process new customer enrollments and complete sales transactions
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current promotions and services
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets
- Contribute to a positive team environment and support team initiatives
Entry Level AT&T Representative Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional demeanor with a customer-focused mindset
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- High level of motivation and willingness to learn
- Interest in sales, business development, or management
- Previous experience is a plus, but not required (training provided)
- Reliable transportation required
Pay: $900.00 – $1,300.00 per week
