Key Responsibilities of the Entry Level Associate:
- Engage directly with customers in person as an Entry Level Associate to discuss AT&T products and services
- Educate customers and guide them through service options and enrollment processes
- Complete new customer enrollments and account setups through consultative sales techniques
- Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining a positive brand image
- Meet individual and team sales goals in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborate with team members and leadership to improve outreach and sales performance
- Participate in daily training sessions focused on communication and sales development
- Represent AT&T professionally in all customer interactions as an Entry Level Associate
