Role Description The English Teacher role at 4level1 is a full-time, on-site position based in Markaz Shebin El Kom. The teacher will plan and deliver engaging English lessons that align with CEFR standards and 4level1’s communicative curriculum. Daily responsibilities include preparing lesson plans and learning materials, teaching classes, assessing student progress, and providing constructive feedback. The role involves supporting learners in developing listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills, while fostering a positive and inclusive classroom environment. The teacher will also participate in staff meetings, professional development activities, and collaborate with colleagues to improve teaching methods and course content.
Qualifications
- Strong English Teaching and Teaching skills, with experience in language instruction to adults or young adults.
- Proficiency in Lesson Planning and Education practices, including designing CEFR-aligned lessons and assessments.
- Excellent Communication skills for clear instruction, feedback, and collaboration with students and colleagues.
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field; teaching certifications (e.g., TEFL, TESOL, CELTA) are an advantage.
- Experience with communicative language teaching and learner-centered methodologies.
- Ability to manage classroom dynamics, support diverse learners, and use digital tools to enhance instruction.
