Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Recruitment Specialist role based in Cairo, Egypt. The Recruitment Specialist will manage end-to-end hiring processes, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers to fill open positions efficiently. Responsibilities include posting job advertisements, maintaining talent pipelines, organizing and scheduling interviews and assessments, and ensuring a positive and inclusive candidate experience. The role will also support onboarding activities, collaborate with training teams to align hiring profiles with skill requirements, and track recruitment metrics to improve processes. The Recruitment Specialist will work closely with HR and operations teams to understand workforce needs and ensure staffing levels support business goals.
Qualifications
- Strong recruiting and hiring skills, including experience with sourcing, screening, and managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Proficiency in interviewing and candidate assessment, with the ability to evaluate skills, fit, and potential objectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage candidates and collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders.
- Experience supporting or coordinating training and onboarding activities to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
- Previous experience in high-volume recruitment, preferably in BPO, customer experience, or related industries.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment while maintaining attention to detail and candidate quality.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment analytics, and online job platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Commitment to inclusive, non-discriminatory hiring practices and a positive candidate experience.
- Proficiency in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
