About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Academic English Supervisor to lead and support our English instructors while ensuring the highest standards of teaching quality. The ideal candidate is a strong academic leader with a passion for teacher development, classroom excellence, and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise, mentor, and support English Language Instructors.
- Conduct classroom observations and provide constructive feedback.
- Deliver training sessions, workshops, and coaching to teaching staff.
- Monitor instructors' performance and implement development plans.
- Ensure compliance with academic standards, teaching methodologies, and curriculum guidelines.
- Evaluate teaching quality and recommend areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the academic team to enhance curriculum delivery and student outcomes.
- Prepare academic reports and maintain accurate performance records.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of English language teaching experience.
- Previous experience in academic supervision is required.
- CELTA certification is required (TEFL is also accepted).
- Excellent command of English (spoken and written).
- Strong leadership, coaching, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to motivate and develop teaching teams while maintaining high academic standards.
