Role Description
This Full-time on-site role, based in Tunis, is for an English Language Coach at Wall Street English Tunisia. Responsibilities include guiding learners to achieve their English language goals through practical coaching and personalized support. Tasks include leading interactive sessions for small groups, conducting one-on-one coaching, monitoring progress, and providing feedback on students’ learning development. Participation in organizing communication and networking workshops may also be required.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage students effectively.
- Expertise in English language instruction and methodologies, with a focus on speaking and listening skills.
- Ability to provide personalized coaching and adapt lessons based on individual student needs.
- Organizational skills to monitor progress and provide regular feedback to learners.
- Provide excellent customer service
- Experience in facilitating small group workshops or individual tutoring is advantageous.
- Manage class schedules and various administrative tasks
