Role Description
Guide Academy seeks a dedicated full-time English Instructor specializing in ESL (B2 level) to join our on-site team in Cairo. The instructor will design and deliver engaging English language lessons focused on improving speaking, writing, reading, and comprehension skills. Responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, assessing students’ progress, providing constructive feedback, and fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment. Collaboration with other educators for curriculum development may also be required.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in English Teaching, Language Teaching, and Teaching methodologies
- Experience in Education and developing course materials for English learners
- Strong Writing skills to create structured and effective lesson content
- Ability to engage and motivate students across various backgrounds
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field (Master’s degree is an asset)
- TESOL, CELTA, TEFL, or equivalent certification is highly desirable
- Previous teaching experience in ESL at the B2 level or higher
