We’re hiring an Engineering Director to join a leading pharmaceutical manufacturing organization.
This role is critical in ensuring smooth engineering operations, facility compliance, and continuous improvement across manufacturing and utilities systems.
Key responsibilities include:
• Overseeing maintenance, calibration, and equipment reliability
• Ensuring compliance with cGMP and safety standards
• Managing utilities systems including HVAC and water systems
• Leading engineering projects, upgrades, validation, and qualification activities
• Managing spare parts, suppliers, and engineering budgets
• Leading and developing the engineering team
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
• 15–20 years of experience within manufacturing environments, preferably pharmaceutical industry
• Strong knowledge of maintenance systems, utilities, and cGMP requirements
• Proven project management and problem-solving capabilities
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Good command of English
