Responsibilities
- Register employers on the platform.
- Generate leads and contact companies.
- Conduct product demonstrations.
- Build relationships with HR managers and business owners.
- Achieve monthly onboarding targets.
Requirements
- Experience in sales, marketing, or business development.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to meet targets.
- Knowledge of recruitment or HR technology is an advantage.
Target
- Minimum of 100 company registrations monthly.
Location
- Remote/Hybrid
Salary
- Base salary + commission for every company onboarded.
