Garment Decor is looking for an embroidery operator to join our production team in Montclair.
We’re a fast-paced premium apparel production company specializing in embroidery, screen printing, and private labeling for brands and businesses.
Responsibilities include:
- Hoop setup and garment loading
- Thread changes
- Quality control
- Trimming and finishing
- Maintaining clean and organized workstations
- Helping maintain production deadlines
We’re looking for someone who:
- Works well in fast-paced environments
- Pays attention to detail
- Communicates well with team members
- Takes pride in clean, consistent work
Experience preferred:
- Multi-head embroidery machines
- Barudan
- Production environment experience
