An opportunity exists for an Embroidery Machinist in the Branding department. Minimum Requirements

• Previous experience as an Embroider or in a related field will be an advantage.
• Previous experience in garment framing will be an advantage.
• In-depth knowledge of embroidery techniques, equipment, and software.
• Ability to read and interpret design specifications and instructions accurately.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills to meet project deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a creative team.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Operate embroidery machines to create custom designs and intricate patterns.
• Set up and adjust machines to ensure proper tension, thread, and needle placement for flawless embroidery.

• Utilize embroidery software to digitize designs, ensuring accurate and precise embroidery output.
• Monitor quality control of finished products, ensuring each piece meets our high standards of accuracy and consistency.

• Maintain and troubleshoot embroidery machines, resolving any technical issues that may arise.
• Manage inventory of materials and supplies, promptly ordering additional items as needed.
• Complete orders within established timelines, meeting production quotas without compromising quality.

• Ensure effective communication with the Manager to provide regular updates on project progress and uphold high quality standards.
