A well-established elevator company is hiring experienced Elevator Mechanics to support their New Construction and Modernization (MOD) division based in Lexington & Louisville, KY.

Responsibilities
- Roles are focused on steady install and modernization work, with a consistent project pipeline and minimal downtime between jobs
- Installation of new elevator systems or upgrades by interpreting schematics and coordinating field service activities with vendors or contractors.
- Operate various industrial tools including welding equipment, scissor lifts, and other heavy machinery required for installation or repair tasks.
- Support safety initiatives by conducting inspections of lift shafts, hoist ways, and related structures; participate in safety audits; promote best practices in industrial mechanic procedures.

Requirements:
- Completion of 4 year elevator apprenticeship or educational program, with CET or equivalent certification of completion.
- State license
- 6+ years of progressive experience in elevator installation, modernization, or field construction.
- Ability to work independently in the field and support jobsite decision-making

Pay: $50.00 – $58.00 per hour
