SUMMARY:
Our client, an electronic design, manufacturing, and software development company specializing in all-in-one access control systems for security estates,
is seeking a motivated and professional Electronics Support Technician to join their growing team.
This role is ideal for someone who is technically minded, calm under pressure, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
POSITION INFO:
Minimum Requirements
- Matric (Grade 12)
- Qualification in Electronic Engineering or Mechatronics
- Valid driver’s licence (compulsory)
- Must be fluent in both English and Afrikaans (spoken and written).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Professional appearance and presentation
- Willingness to learn product setup, configuration, and fault-finding
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to clients via email, WhatsApp, and telephone
- Assist clients with product setup and troubleshooting
- Perform fault-finding on devices and resolve technical issues efficiently
- Deliver professional and helpful customer service at all times
