Job Title: Electrical Project Manager
Compensation: $60+ Depending on Experience
Employment Type: Full-Time 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM
Location: Woodbridge, VA
We are seeking an experienced commercial Electrical Project Manager with 10+ years of work experience. As an Electrical Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of electrical projects. You will work closely with our clients and engineers to ensure our projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet all safety and quality standards. You will be responsible for creating plans, coordinating resources, and managing the project team. You will also monitor progress, resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise and maintain effective communication with all stakeholders and provide regular updates on project status. At WesMart, the Electrical Project Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of our projects. Regular attendance is essential in this frontline position. Responsibilities:
· Project Planning and Scheduling
· Budget Management and Cost Control
· Resource Allocation and Team Management
· Client Communication and Relationship Management
· Risk Assessment Mitigation
· Quality Control and Assurance
· Coordination with contractors and suppliers
· Compliance with safety regulations and standards
· Technical oversight of electrical system installations
· Progress monitoring and reporting
· Problem solving
· Contract administration
· Documentation and record keeping
· Project closure and handover
Qualifications:
· Must be self-sufficient and able to work on your own and with your team
· At least 10 years of commercial electrical experience required
· High school diploma or equivalent required
· Vocational/technical or certification preferred
· Proficiency in the use of shop tools required
· A valid driver’s license is required, CDL is a plus
· Regular attendance is an essential function of the job
· Ability to pass background check and drug screen
