Engineer Location: 10th of Ramadan City, Sharkia

Job Requirements:

3–5 years of experience in FMCG (preferably in paper mills)
Strong leadership skills
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
Proficiency in Siemens systems is a must, including: Siemens PCS7 Siemens PLC & SCADASINAMICS multidrive systems
Experience with control valves and instrumentation
Excellent English and computer skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and perform daily maintenance to ensure production equipment runs efficiently

• Create and implement scheduled maintenance plans (daily to annually)

• Maintain accurate records and spare parts inventory via SAP

• Ensure availability and organization of equipment manuals

• Train team members in equipment operation and troubleshooting

• Coordinate with the supply chain for spare parts procurement

• Analyze equipment failures and lead repair efforts

• Collaborate with the Operations Manager on maintenance planning

• Supervise preventive maintenance and external maintenance contracts

• Allocate tasks to electrical and automation teams
