Job Summary
We are looking for a Junior Electrical Engineer – Facilities to support the maintenance and monitoring of critical electrical infrastructure within a high-availability facility environment. The role will work closely with senior engineers and cross-functional teams to ensure operational reliability and continuous uptime of electrical systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Support senior engineers in implementing long-term electrical infrastructure plans
- Participate in learning initiatives to align with organizational goals
- Assist in monitoring and maintaining electrical systems for continuous uptime
- Perform routine inspections and report anomalies to senior staff
- Provide input on cost-effective solutions during procurement and maintenance activities
- Track usage of spare parts and materials under supervision
- Collaborate with mechanical, IT, and operations teams to support facility performance
- Coordinate with contractors under the guidance of senior engineers
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- 0–2 years of experience (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
- Good communication and documentation skills
- Basic knowledge of electrical systems such as UPS, switchgear, generators, and PDUs
- Familiarity with electrical codes, standards, and compliance requirements
- Fluent in English
- Ability to support electrical system monitoring and maintenance
- Ability to identify and report operational anomalies
- Ability to collaborate with engineering and operations teams
