Role Description
This is an on-site volunteer role for an Electrical Engineer based in the Manzini Region, Eswatini. The selected candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing electrical designs, working on power distribution systems, and supporting the maintenance and upgrade of power systems. The role requires collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to address project requirements and deliver innovative solutions for complex engineering challenges.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Electrical Design and expertise in Electricity fundamentals
- Strong background in Electrical Engineering principles and practices
- Knowledge in Power Distribution and Power Systems design and implementation
- Ability to analyze, design, and troubleshoot electrical systems
- Excellent problem-solving, teamwork, and communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field is preferred
- Knowledge or experience with renewable energy systems, such as solar PV, is a plus
