Key Requirements
- Minimum 15 years of experience in the E&I function within the distillery industry
- At least 10 years in a managerial role (team supervision, budgeting, and project delivery)
- Proven track record of leading E&I operations in a multinational or similar environment
- Strong knowledge of regulatory standards and safety compliance
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s (or higher) degree in Electrical / Electronic Engineering / Communication Systems or related field
- Relevant professional certifications
