Role Description The Ecommerce Product Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Livingstone. This role is responsible for owning the lifecycle of ecommerce products and features, from discovery and requirements gathering through delivery and optimization. Day-to-day tasks include defining product roadmaps, prioritizing backlogs, translating business and customer needs into clear requirements, and coordinating with design, engineering, marketing, and operations teams to launch improvements to the online experience. The Ecommerce Product Manager will monitor performance metrics, analyze customer behavior, conduct competitive and market research, and run experiments to improve conversion, retention, and revenue. The role also involves stakeholder communication, preparing product documentation, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time and aligned with overall digital strategy.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Product Management and E-Commerce skills, including experience defining roadmaps, managing backlogs, and improving online customer journeys.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills, with the ability to interpret data, build insights from metrics, and make evidence-based decisions.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and effective stakeholder management.
- Candidates should possess Project Management capabilities, such as planning, coordinating cross-functional teams, and managing timelines and dependencies.
- Experience with web analytics tools, A/B testing, and conversion optimization is beneficial.
- Familiarity with ecommerce platforms, payment gateways, and digital marketing concepts is an advantage.
- A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, information systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
- Ability to work collaboratively on-site in Livingstone, adapt to changing priorities, and maintain a customer-centric mindset.
