About the Role
We're looking for an ambitious, highly organized individual to take ownership of our day-to-day e-commerce operations.
This is a hands-on role where no two days are the same. You'll become responsible for keeping the business running smoothly while supporting different areas of the company as new challenges arise.
While previous experience is a bonus, it is not the deciding factor. We care far more about attitude, attention to detail, willingness to learn, and the ability to solve problems.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and fulfill daily customer orders.
- Handle customer service across all communication channels.
- Process returns, exchanges, and refunds.
- Maintain accurate returns and operations reporting.
- Manage and organize products on Shopify.
- Ensure product information and inventory remain accurate.
- Respond to customer enquiries professionally and efficiently.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist with various marketing and business-related tasks when required.
- Support different areas of the business as priorities evolve.
