Early Education Coordinator Jobs in Meridianville, AL at AIM Academy of Meridianville

Join the AIM Academy of Meridianville Team as Our Education Coordinator

Do you believe children learn best through play?

Are you passionate about creating classrooms where relationships come first, curiosity is celebrated, and every child is seen as capable, creative, and full of potential?

At AIM Academy of Meridianville, we’re looking for an Education Coordinator who believes early childhood education is about more than preparing children for kindergarten—it’s about helping children become confident, resilient, lifelong learners through meaningful, play-based experiences.

This is more than a leadership position. It’s an opportunity to coach teachers, inspire classrooms, and help shape the future of early childhood education.

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has a deep understanding of play-based learning and can coach teachers in creating rich, engaging learning experiences.
  • Is excited to learn, grow, and embrace new ideas while helping others do the same.
  • Understands best practices in early childhood education and can bring them to life through intentional teaching, exploration, and child-led discovery.
  • Believes social-emotional development is the foundation of learning and models relationship-based practices every day.
  • Understands child development and developmental milestones from birth through age five and uses that knowledge to support both children and educators.
  • Loves mentoring teachers and helping them become confident, reflective professionals.
  • Sees the classroom environment as the "third teacher" and knows how to create spaces that encourage independence, creativity, and meaningful play.
  • Believes every interaction with a child is an opportunity to build connection, confidence, and a lifelong love of learning.

The AIM Way

At AIM Academy, we believe education starts with connection.

We believe children deserve classrooms where they feel safe, valued, and inspired to explore. We believe teachers deserve support, coaching, and opportunities to grow into exceptional educators—not just caregivers.

We’re building something different but we need your help!

Our mission is to raise the standard for early childhood education in Alabama by creating programs that honor childhood, embrace play, foster strong relationships, and develop the whole child.

As our Education Coordinator, you’ll spend time in classrooms alongside teachers—modeling best practices, providing meaningful coaching, helping educators strengthen their craft, and ensuring every classroom reflects what we believe. Your leadership will directly impact the experiences of children, families, and educators across our program.

If you’re passionate about transforming classrooms, coaching educators, and helping shape the future of early childhood education, we want you on our team.

This isn’t just another education job.

It’s an opportunity to help redefine what high-quality early childhood education can look like—one classroom, one teacher, and one child at a time.

  • The ability to build strong relationships with children, families, and staff while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • A willingness to learn and fully embrace "The AIM Way".
