Reports To
The E-Commerce Shipping Associate will report to the Chief Operations Officer.

This position works in a fast-paced e-commerce fulfillment environment where accuracy, efficiency, dependability, and teamwork are essential to success.
We are seeking individuals interested in stable, long-term employment opportunities.
This is a full-time position of 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, between the hours of 8:00am and 5:00pm.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Print daily picklist and order packing slips.
- Retrieve products from their inventory locations based on the daily picklist.
- Accurately pull, verify, pack, and ship customer orders. This includes printing, pulling, checking, shipping, and taping boxes/bags shut for retail orders.
- Assign inventory locations using our inventory management system and physically deposit products into respective bins/shelves.
- Assist with inventory counts, reconciliation activities, and maintaining accurate inventory organization.
- Daily use of rolling stairs up to 10 feet.
- Ensure a safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, packing areas, and workstations neat and organized.
- Maintain clean shipping supply areas.
- Restock and organize shipping supplies.
- Ability to meet productivity and accuracy expectations during high-volume periods.
- Perform other related duties as assigned. This includes but is not limited to sweeping warehouse floors, dusting, cleaning employee restroom, and trash removal.
Position Qualifications / Requirements
- Must be a minimum of 18 years of age.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Consistent attendance and punctuality are essential for this role.
- Must be able and willing to work a minimum of 40 hours per week.
- Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented.
- Comfortable learning and using shipping software, barcode scanners, and inventory management systems.
- Ability to maintain focus and accuracy while performing routine fulfillment tasks.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced fulfillment environment.
- Able to continuously stand or walk throughout the workday.
- Able to bend, squat, and lift frequently.
- Able to frequently lift up to 50 lbs.
- Warehouse temperatures may vary depending on season and weather conditions.
- Demonstrates effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to understand and follow verbal and written instructions with minimal supervision.
- Able to perform tasks with both quality and efficiency in mind.
- Strong attention to detail to minimize shipping and inventory discrepancies.
Additional Knowledge / Skills (Beneficial but Not Required)
- Experience in a pick/pack/ship warehouse environment.
