Best Media Egypt is looking for a proactive, results-driven E-commerce & Marketplace Operations Specialist to manage and grow our online sales channels. The selected candidate will be responsible for operating our website and marketplace accounts across platforms such as Amazon, Noon, and Jumia, while also supporting customer engagement, lead follow-up, B2B opportunity creation, and export market research.
This role is ideal for someone who combines strong operational discipline with commercial thinking, and who can turn listings, campaigns, and customer interactions into measurable sales growth.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of our ecommerce website and marketplace accounts
- Create, upload, optimize, and update product listings on Amazon, Noon, Jumia, and other future channels
- Monitor product content quality, pricing, stock visibility, and listing performance across all platforms
- Plan and execute promotions, bundles, offers, and seasonal campaigns
- Design campaign calendars and coordinate launches across website and marketplaces
- Track performance using sales reports, traffic, conversion, ROAS, campaign results, and marketplace KPIs
- Prepare regular reports with clear recommendations for growth and improvement
- Respond to customer inquiries, messages, and order-related issues in a professional and timely manner
- Follow up on leads generated from website, social media, WhatsApp, marketplaces, and B2B channels
Qualifications
- Proven experience in ecommerce, marketplace operations, or online sales
- Hands-on experience with one or more of the following: Amazon, Noon, Jumia
- Good understanding of product listing optimization, promotions, campaign execution, and reporting
- Experience in customer communication and lead follow-up
- Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills
- Good English communication skills
- Experience in B2B sales support, online growth, or export research is a strong advantage
- Experience with ecommerce tools, dashboards, seller centers, and digital reporting is preferred
