Key Outputs

  • Oversee existing and new e-commerce platforms and digital marketing channels.
  • Tracking and analysing key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of ecommerce activities and to inform future strategies
  • Customer Relationship Management – build retention and acquisition strategies
  • Liaison between the technical product development team, operations management and executives, as well as CAT digital and eCommerce teams.
  • Liaise with the OEM with respect to market requirements, industry & emerging trends and the eCommerce growth strategy.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and development, to ensure the successful launch of enhancements and ongoing maintenance of ecommerce products.
  • Lead the effort within the Dealership to grow eCommerce revenue and achieve goals agreed to with Dealer management
  • Coordinating with marketing teams to create and implement digital marketing campaigns across various channels
  • Develop product roadmaps and prioritize features and enhancements based on business impact and customer feedback
  • Provide support and alignment with personnel within the Machine Sales team, Product Support team, Parts Operations, and Marketing
  • Collaborate with business and CAT on Solutions suitable for customers (GrA, Key Accounts, Contract Mining and Small Core and Retail)
  • Assist business developers in analysing all the business requirements and coordinate efforts to increase business
  • Collaborate regularly with the IT product team and CAT to develop and introduce new site features as needed
  • Monitor and analyse ecommerce product performance metrics, including sales, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction, and use this data to make informed decisions about product strategy and development.
  • Communicate product updates and changes to internal teams and external stakeholders, including customers and partners

Qualification, Experience And Competencies

  • Qualification in Marketing/Business Management
  • Post-graduate will be an added advantage.
  • Demonstrated experience driving revenue growth
  • Expertise in data analysis and interpretation
  • Proven ability to develop and execute product roadmap
  • High competence in Microsoft Office
