We are currently seeking to employ an E-Commerce Development and Digital Marketing Specialist.
The E-Commerce Development and Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for the site performance measurement and improvement, strategy formulation, execution & reporting on digital campaigns. This position offers exposure to an established E-commerce environment.
Job Responsibilities:
- Monitor and improve site performance
- Website Data Analytics and reporting
- Manage and report on digital campaigns providing well researched recommendations
- Stay up to date with changing algorithms
- Implement SEO strategies to optimise website content to rank higher in search results.
- Liaise with external service providers
- Maintain and update relevant internal documentation
- Marketing automation
- Responsible for the overall look, feel and technical requirements of the website ensuring optimum responsiveness and load times
Familiarity with the following Technical Tools and Platforms
· GA4
· Google Ads and Facebook Ads Manager
· SEO Tools and Google Search Console
· Content Management Systems (CMS)
· Email Marketing Platforms
· Design Tools
Requirements:
- Knowledge of SEO & Site performance management
- Knowledge of UX/UI Design optimization
- Minimum 2 years of experience in E-commerce
- Knowledge of E-commerce operations, retailing and merchandising
- Good Business acumen with strong creativity and analytical skills
- Well versed with MS office tools
- Familiar with E-commerce order fulfilment processes and customer service
- Ability to commute to Brackenfell as the role is onsite.
