E-Commerce Assistant Jobs in Johannesburg at Keystone Apparel Co

Responsibilities will include, but not limited to, performing the following duties:

  • Communicating with suppliers, purchasing products.
  • Managing Deliveries at warehouse.
  • Managing Courier booking and PO allocation.
  • Managing Stock Replenishment system.
  • Managing BuyBox system.
  • Other general admin tasks related to Takealot.
  • Other E-commerce Day to day activities include:
    • Managing order dashboard for Cash on Delivery orders.
    • Processing orders for Cash on Delivery orders.
    • Keeping track of courier delivery and communicating with couriers when needed.
  • Replying to emails that are related to your department.
  • Sorting and sending Cash on Delivery orders out for delivery from office.
  • Stock control and order dispatching.
  • Oversee and manage all operations and administration of the distribution warehouse inclusive of receiving, processing, dispatching and delivery of ecommerce stock through to online customers.
  • Liaise closely with other departments to ensure a maximum flow of stock through the Warehouse.

  • 3+years related experience in Ecommerce
  • Experience with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify
  • BA/BS in Business, Merchandising, Marketing or related field
  • Experience with tools and technologies used for website merchandising and management; Microsoft Office
    • Have aptitude for working with Content Management Systems
    • In depth understanding of web design and web analytic software
