E-Commerce Assistant Jobs in Johannesburg at Keystone Apparel Co
Responsibilities will include, but not limited to, performing the following duties:
- Communicating with suppliers, purchasing products.
- Managing Deliveries at warehouse.
- Managing Courier booking and PO allocation.
- Managing Stock Replenishment system.
- Managing BuyBox system.
- Other general admin tasks related to Takealot.
- Other E-commerce Day to day activities include:

- Managing order dashboard for Cash on Delivery orders.
- Processing orders for Cash on Delivery orders.
- Keeping track of courier delivery and communicating with couriers when needed.
- Replying to emails that are related to your department.
- Sorting and sending Cash on Delivery orders out for delivery from office.
- Stock control and order dispatching.
- Oversee and manage all operations and administration of the distribution warehouse inclusive of receiving, processing, dispatching and delivery of ecommerce stock through to online customers.
- Liaise closely with other departments to ensure a maximum flow of stock through the Warehouse.
- 3+years related experience in Ecommerce
- Experience with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify
- BA/BS in Business, Merchandising, Marketing or related field
- Experience with tools and technologies used for website merchandising and management; Microsoft Office

- Have aptitude for working with Content Management Systems
- In depth understanding of web design and web analytic software
