About the Role
A Pietermaritzburg-based business is hiring a Driver & Stores Assistant to support daily deliveries and warehouse operations. Duties include picking/packing, receiving, dispatch, stock counts, and basic system capturing.
Key Duties
- Deliveries to customers in Pietermaritzburg and surrounding areas
- Pick, pack, receive and dispatch stock accurately
- Assist with stock counts and order checks
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the warehouse/store
- Basic system work (capturing stock movements / documents)
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with a clean record
- Warehouse/store experience preferred (picking/packing/dispatch)
- Basic computer literacy
- Honest, reliable, punctual, and physically fit
- Contactable references required
- Must complete a driving test + warehouse picking test if shortlisted
