Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage end-to-end dispatch operations across multiple distribution channels
  • Develop and implement dispatch strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Ensure high accuracy and efficiency in order fulfilment, picking, packing, and loading
  • Drive on-time, in-full (OTIF) delivery performance
  • Oversee fleet coordination and transport planning to optimize delivery routes and costs
  • Manage and improve warehouse and dispatch processes using best practices and KPIs
  • Lead, mentor, and develop large dispatch and logistics teams
  • Collaborate with Supply Chain, Sales, and Customer Service teams to align operations
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, process optimization, cost reduction)
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards
  • Manage dispatch budgets, cost control, and performance reporting
  • Handle escalations and resolve complex operational and customer issues

Requirements

  • Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field (master’s is an advantage)
  • Minimum 8–10 years of experience in dispatch/logistics within FMCG or high-volume distribution
  • Proven experience in managing large teams and complex operations
  • Strong knowledge of transport planning, warehouse systems, and distribution networks
  • Experience with WMS, ERP systems, and data-driven decision making
  • Solid understanding of supply chain optimization and cost control
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
