We are currently seeking a Dispatch Clerk to join our team in Johannesburg. This is a full-time, permanent position with opportunities for growth and advancement within the company.
Key Responsibilities:
– Coordinate and schedule all dispatch activities, including receiving, sorting, and distributing goods – Ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods to customers – Maintain accurate records of all dispatch transactions – Communicate with drivers and other team members to ensure efficient and effective delivery of goods – Monitor inventory levels and report any discrepancies or shortages – Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures – Assist with loading and unloading of goods when necessary – Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner – Maintain a clean and organized dispatch area – Collaborate with other departments to improve processes and procedures – Other duties as assigned by management Requirements:
