Duties
- Wash dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment promptly and thoroughly to uphold sanitation standards.

- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen stations, including counters, sinks, and storage areas, ensuring a hygienic workspace.
- Support food service operations by bussing tables, clearing plates, and resetting dining areas efficiently.
- Help with catering by organizing supplies and ensuring timely delivery of prepared food items.
- Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and compliance with health regulations.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to support smooth workflow during busy service hours.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in food service, restaurant work, or hospitality is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key!
- Basic knowledge of food handling safety standards and sanitation practices.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting heavy trays or cleaning supplies.
