In this vital role, you’ll be the backbone of our food service operation, ensuring that all dishes are prepared, cleaned, and organized efficiently to support our culinary team. Whether assisting with food prep, maintaining sanitation standards, or supporting banquet events, your contributions will help create a seamless experience for our guests. Responsibilities
- Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping, assembling ingredients, and portioning to support chefs and cooks
- Maintain cleanliness of all kitchen areas, including washing dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and kitchen equipment in accordance with health standards
- Handle food safely by following proper food handling procedures and sanitation guidelines
- Keep storage areas organized by properly storing ingredients and supplies after use
- Support the culinary team during busy service times by bussing tables and clearing dishes from dining areas
- Ensure all cleaning duties are completed efficiently to uphold hygiene standards throughout the facility
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service, restaurant work, or hospitality environments is preferred but not required
