Role Objective
Responsible for managing the procurement process including technical, construction, direct/in-direct materials, marketing & advertising, service contracts, making sure to achieve the best total acquisition cost at the best quality, terms and conditions.
Role Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end procurement function from the requisition phase until securing the goods/service delivery.
- Lead sourcing activities & contracts negotiations to ensure receiving the best quality at the best cost & conditions.
- Responsible for procurement budget and vendors financial settlements
- Provide analysis on the procurement process to ensure cost control and continuous cost savings initiatives.
- Maintain proper recording and reporting system for the purchase orders and / or contracts.
Background, Experience, Qualifications
- BA Degree in Commerce, Business Administration or Finance.
- Min 20 years of hands-on experience in the procurement field
- Strong Negotiation and Communication skills.
- Fluent in English
- Familiar with ERP system “preferable SAP”
